Disclosure

I write and speak at a gut level from personal experience, conversations with others, and an array of books I’ve read and courses I’ve taken over the span of 5 years as I set out on a mission to free my mind from the horrible bastard that is anxiety.

I am not a medical professional, nor do I have a Ph.D. I’m just a grown kid with one thing going for her that most professionals have no clue about, the fact that I understand it because I've lived with it.

So I understand what you’re going through and know how to guide you to a brighter, less anxious future.

Let's get serious before we dive into the good stuff. My style of writing, teaching and coaching is tongue and cheek, but don't let that distract you from the seriousness of this subject and the underlying message.

There is nothing remotely funny about an anxiety disorder. I don't like the scientific approach because I don’t find it to be practical. And the problem with anxiety is that everybody makes it out to be far more complicated than it is.

You can change your life forever the moment you definitively decide to take action against your anxiety. It just requires a healthy dose of action, patience, and acceptance, all of which I cover throughout this course.

On a final note: I hope you enjoy it this course, I hope it inspires you, I hope at times you laugh. But above all, I hope it provides you with the motivation to take the required action and necessary steps to turn your life around and get this bastard under control once and for all.

I apologies for my language in advance. Writing, teaching and coaching just isn’t fun for me if I try to behave myself, what you see online is the same person you get in real life. And this is the artistic side of what I do. If you’re going to be offended for your own sake it’s best to not carry on with this course and look elsewhere for support.
